AEGIS London is seeking a Tax Manager to run UK tax compliance and accounting for the London operation.

You will ensure timely reporting, tax strategy, and compliance with Lloyd’s, HMRC, and internal controls, while coordinating with external tax advisors.

You will lead tax provisioning with the Group Tax Team, manage VAT and Lloyd’s returns, and support transformation of the tax function, including migration to a new General Ledger.

Strong communication across stakeholders is essential.
