The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Support people to live independently in their own homes/communities. Work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team. Undertake a range of daily living tasks including:
- Personal Care: Washing, Dressing, Continence care
- Shopping
- Light domestic duties: Laundry, Cleaning
- Preparing meals
- Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain professional standards at all times
Personal Care Tasks:
- Washing, Bathing, Dressing/Undressing, Dental Hygiene
- Putting to Bed / Moving and Handling
- Ensuring clients are safe and comfortable on their beds
- Using the hoist in conjunction with another care worker to mobilise service users
- Toileting: Accompanying Clients to the toilet, Assisting clients in the use of the commode, Emptying of the commode, Changing incontinence pads, Ensuring clients are comfortable when toileting, Ensuring clients are clean after toileting
Meals / Hydration:
- Supervising clients with meals
- Preparing light snacks
- Reheating meals
- Providing clients with hot/cold drinks
- Feeding clients that are unable to do so for themselves
Medication: Prompt or administration of medication when instructed to do so by the registered manager.

We offer a full in-house induction programme, where you will receive all the training you need through a week-long induction programme along with 2 weeks shadowing of an experienced Care Worker. Enhanced DBS Check and 2 satisfactory references required. COVID Vaccine is now mandatory for all of our staff unless medically exempt (we would need evidence from a medical professional).
