To keep our staff safe they are provided with full PPE which must be worn in all clients homes. Daily Lateral flow tests are mandatory to detect if you have COVID before attending our vulnerable clients. We strongly advise all staff receive all doses of the COVID Vaccine and will be co‑operating with Leeds City Council regarding their vaccine rules. This means that should the vaccine become mandatory all our workforce would have to be fully vaccinated. COVID Vaccine is now mandatory for all of our staff unless medically exempt (we would need evidence from a medical professional).
