You’ll help to open the box office on a show day, selling tickets on the door and issuing collections to customers. Assist with the guestlist and help customers with any queries they may have in a friendly and professional manner.
We’re looking for people who have previous box office experience and a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front-line, customer-focused setting. People who thrive working in a very busy environment, maintaining patience and empathy when working under pressure. Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging and working with all kinds of people.
People with a proactive mindset, who are positive and flexible in terms of working patterns. This role will include working evenings and weekends.
