What you’ll be doing

  • Market & performance insight
    • Gather and analyse market, competitor, and industry intelligence
    • Track trends and performance across business units to support decision-making
  • Strategic projects & opportunities
    • Evaluate new initiatives and business opportunities, sharing clear insights for senior stakeholders
    • Support the assessment of potential partnerships and ventures, including M&A activity
  • Planning & decision support
    • Contribute to business and venue planning, ensuring alignment with overall strategy
    • Provide data, analysis, and commercial insight to guide strategic decisions

What we’re looking for

  • Skills & experience
    • Experience in strategy, planning, or a similar analytical role
    • Strong financial and analytical capability (e.g. DCF, IRR, commercial evaluation)
    • Experience working with large datasets to generate insight
  • Tools & approach
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Experience with Power BI, or an interest in developing this skill
  • Working style
    • Able to communicate complex information in a clear and structured way
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating evolving priorities
    • Discreet and respectful when handling sensitive information

Where: You’ll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station and Blackfriars rail station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. We welcome flexible working conversations.
