We\’re seeking a talentedSenior System Administrator to join our dynamic team in London. In this role you will provide technical support to a wide range of people, primarily throughout London and the southeast but occasionally further afield within the UK and also Europe, ensuring that their technical requirements are met and their problems dealt with speedily and professionally.

You will ensurethat all IT-related tasks are completed accurately and on time, supporting other members of the team and assisting the Senior IT Manager, in resolving all IT-related challenges.

What You\’ll Do

  • Maintain Corporate IT servers and networks across UK and Europe.
  • Ensure compliance of systems with all AXS IT security policies
  • Point of technical contact for the client services and account management teams to aid with any venue ticketing equipment issues

What You Bring

  • Expertise with Windows Server 2016+ and other key Windows administration areas
  • Knowledge of networking skills including IPv4, IPv6, vLANs and wireless networking
  • Solutions focused, you\’ll able to easily spot and define problem

Where: You\’ll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station . We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
