The Vice President, Operations & Guest Experience is responsible for the strategic leadership of event operations, guest experience and the delivery of world-class live entertainment experiences at The O2. As a key member of The O2 Senior Leadership Team, the role will shape and deliver the long-term operational and guest experience strategy for one of the world's most successful entertainment destinations.
The role is accountable for ensuring that The O2 remains at the forefront of live entertainment by delivering exceptional event experiences, leading complex cross-functional initiatives and futureproofing the venue for continued growth. The role combines executive leadership of venue operations with ownership of guest experience and ensuring The O2 continues to evolve alongside changing audience expectations, technological innovation and increasing event complexity.
