About the Role
The Front of House team at Eventim Apollo is responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional experience at a wide range of live events.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks behind bars
- Welcome guests, check tickets, and guide them to their seats
- Assist with cloakroom or merchandise sales
- Maintain smooth operations from doors open to final encore
Qualifications
- Proactive, approachable, positive attitude with a guest‑first mindset
- Bar experience and confidence in cash handling and customer service
- Calm and collected in a busy, fast‑paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with diverse audiences
- Flexibility to work weekday and weekend evening shifts

Location
The venue is located at 45 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, W6 9QH. Shift times include evenings, weekends and some afternoon matinee theatre performances. Rotas are posted a month in advance.
