As our Energy & Utilities Manager, you'll be the strategic mastermind behind our energy ecosystem. This isn't just a job – it's a chance to:

Qualifications That Matter:
- TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection certification (Desirable)
- Advanced understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Capability to conduct comprehensive energy surveys and develop fully costed efficiency proposals
- Exceptional analytical skills for statistical analysis and benchmarking of Utilities consumption (Electrical, Gas, and Water)
- Comprehensive knowledge of energy legislative requirements

You'll be working with a dedicated team committed to delivering a Best-In-Class experience. We'll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success. Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week.
