We are looking for a Senior Ticketing Manager (1 year fixed term contract) to lead our Tour Ticketing team and ensure every event — from intimate club shows to stadium moments — is delivered seamlessly. This is your opportunity to shape ticketing strategy, guide a talented team, and play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for fans.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement
    • Lead, support, and develop the Tour Ticketing team across all AEG Presents shows
    • Work closely with the Head of Ticketing to refine and improve departmental processes
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members
  • Event Preparation & Sales Management
    • Oversee event setup for on-sale, including price scaling, manifests, approvals, and distribution of event details
    • Coordinate fan club and agent pre-sales, and confirm shows with venues and ticket agents
    • Provide detailed sales maps and recommendations to optimise unsold seats and ensure every venue looks its best
    • Manage distribution of distressed tickets when required
  • Revenue Maximisation & On-Site Support
    • Collaborate with the team to maximise show revenue through flexing, scaling, and holds management
    • Attend events as needed, delivering outstanding on-site customer service
    • Prepare advance box office settlements and complete reconciliations on event days
