Do you love working in customer service? Do you speak Swedish? Want to work at a company named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work? AXS, a leading global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider, are hiring Customer Advisors for their offices in Birmingham.
You will resolve customer enquiries and sell tickets for AXS and its clients, provide a highly professional customer experience via all channels including telephone, email, social media and live chat. You will be knowledgeable about all areas of the business as your role will cover customer calls, customer queries and complaints, whilst always striving for first point resolution.
We’re looking for people who:
- Speak Swedish
- Have relevant experience within a contact centre customer services function dealing with customer after sales service queries, requests and correspondence by phone, e-mail, post and face-to-face.
- Have strong customer service skills and decision-making skills.
- Have an excellent telephone manner and are a courteous listener who maintains patience and empathy even when under pressure.
- Are target driven, self-motivated and proactive.
- Are able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
