Working Pattern: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday (3 days in the office and 2 working from home)
We're seeking a talented BI Analyst to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain intuitive Looker dashboards, Looks, and Explores that support day‑to‑day decision‑making across the business
- Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear, well‑defined analytics solutions
- Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and key drivers, communicating insights through clear visuals and commentary
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating outputs and collaborating with analytics and data engineering teams
What You Bring
- Hands‑on experience delivering self‑service analytics in a modern BI tool (ideally Looker), with strong SQL skills
- Experience working with semantic or metrics layers (e.g. LookML) and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery
- Ability to interpret data and clearly explain insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a collaborative environment
Where: You'll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues‑Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
