This role is a vital part of the Corporate and Special Events division at AEG Presents, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate and Special Events. It supports the division's continued growth and aligns with wider business strategy, with a focus on delivering and developing corporate and special events across indigo at The O2 and Watford Colosseum. Please note that this role is a fixed term maternity cover position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling event enquiries, coordinating bookings, managing client relationships, and overseeing contracts and documentation.
  • Working closely with the Regional General Manager to ensure collaboration across teams and alignment with corporate event goals.
  • Flexibility is key, with the role requiring work across both venues based on business needs, including a minimum of one working day per week at indigo and Watford Colosseum.

Main Activities:

  • Supporting the Director of Corporate and Special Events in managing the sales inbox—responding to venue hire enquiries in a timely, professional, and commercially focused manner.
  • Assisting with client site visits and building strong relationships to maximise revenue and secure bookings.
  • Preparing bespoke quotations tailored to individual client briefs when required.
  • Accurately logging all enquiries, provisional holds, and confirmed bookings on the Event Tracker.
  • Managing daily communication with both prospective and existing clients via phone and email.
  • Supporting new business acquisition through proactive sales initiatives and lead generation.
  • Ensuring all online venue listings and third-party profiles are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with agency and industry partners.
  • Managing all event-related administration, including drafting contracts and coordinating catering and ancillary services.
  • Managing the full event payment process, including issuing client invoices and ensuring all payments are received in advance of the event.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for corporate clients throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Contributing creative and strategic ideas to improve the overall event experience.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues in the lead-up to events.
  • Liaising with internal teams to communicate event briefs and operational requirements clearly.
  • Providing on-site client support for the majority of events.
  • Supporting the long-term development of client and agency relationships to drive repeat business.
  • As required, working across other venues and promoting all venues as relevant.
