What You'll Be Doing
- Create Exceptional Fan Experiences: Become a trusted point of contact for our guests, helping them feel welcome, informed and excited — long before they step into the venue. Support accessibility enquiries and champion inclusive access, gaining hands‑on experience with leading accessibility partners and standards.
- Build Specialist Ticketing Expertise: Become an expert on the AXS ticketing system — a highly sought‑after skillset across the live entertainment industry. Learn how shows are built behind the scenes, from allocations to presales to event‑night operations.
- Play a Key Role In Bringing Shows To Life: Work directly with promoters and venue teams to help events run smoothly. Get involved in show nights, contributing to the energy, atmosphere and success of each event.
- Develop Analytical & Commercial Skills: Use your numerical strengths to create reports, sales maps and settlements — building commercial awareness that is valuable for future progression. Learn how manifests, scaling and allocations drive revenue and shape the audience experience.
- Support Others: Gain experience supervising hourly employees, helping you develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.
What We're Looking For

Where You’ll be based at the venue in Olympia, West London. You will need to be available to work evenings and weekends. We’ll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you’ll be set up for success.
