We're looking for a Web Instrumentation Analyst to join our London-based team.
In this role, you'll focus on understanding how people interact with our websites and apps, turning behaviour into insights that support data-driven decision making for AXS and our clients. You'll play a key role in defining data layers, implementing tagging and tracking, and working closely with Product, Martech, and Analytics teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and compliant.
- Data Layer ACDL a plus
- Experience implementing and debugging marketing and analytics tags
- Background in e-commerce or B2B environments developing tagging solutions
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and user behaviour analytics
- Experience working with mobile app analytics across iOS and Android
- Familiarity with consent management platforms such as OneTrust
- Experience working with global tagging solutions and regional compliance requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with stakeholders and clients
- A self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can prioritise multiple projects, both strategic and tactical

This role is based in our London Head Office near London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
