Do you love working in customer service? Want to work at a company recently named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024? AXS, a leading global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider, are hiring Customer Advisors on a 6 month fixed term contract for their offices in Birmingham.

You will resolve customer enquiries and sell tickets for AXS and its clients, providing a highly professional customer experience via all channels including telephone, email, social media and live chat. You will be knowledgeable about all areas of the business as your role will cover customer calls, queries and complaints, whilst always striving for first point resolution.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have relevant experience within a contact centre customer services function dealing with customer after sales service queries, requests and correspondence by phone, e-mail, post and face-to-face.
  • Have strong customer service skills and decision-making skills.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and are a courteous listener who maintains patience and empathy even when under pressure.
  • Are target driven, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Are able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We’ll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AXS and AEG, our parent company. This role is based in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekend work.
