As Parking & Transport Manager at The O2, you will manage our car parking and logistics contracts and work with local authorities and government agencies on all transport-related matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Managing Logistics: Orchestrate parking and transport contracts with precision and creativity, ensuring every event runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
  2. Commercial Planner: Develop and monitor annual plans that maximize efficiency and minimise costs, keeping our operations efficient and budget smart.
  3. Collaborating: Build strong relationships with service contractors, local authorities, and government agencies to create transport solutions that wow.
  4. Elevate Performance: Produce progress reports, cost analyses, and forecasts that provide crystal-clear insights into our operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in contract management and development and implementation of strategic transport plans.
  • Good working knowledge of:
    • contract conditions,
    • employment legislation,
    • risk management, and
    • cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting.
  • Experience in the Pre-Qualification and Tendering process.
  • IOSH Certification.
  • Ability to work flexibly in terms of hours/weekends.

Where: You’ll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week. This role will include working some evenings and weekends.
