As Parking & Transport Manager at The O2, you will manage our car parking and logistics contracts and work with local authorities and government agencies on all transport-related matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing Logistics: Orchestrate parking and transport contracts with precision and creativity, ensuring every event runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
- Commercial Planner: Develop and monitor annual plans that maximize efficiency and minimise costs, keeping our operations efficient and budget smart.
- Collaborating: Build strong relationships with service contractors, local authorities, and government agencies to create transport solutions that wow.
- Elevate Performance: Produce progress reports, cost analyses, and forecasts that provide crystal-clear insights into our operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in contract management and development and implementation of strategic transport plans.
- Good working knowledge of:
- contract conditions,
- employment legislation,
- risk management, and
- cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting.
- Experience in the Pre-Qualification and Tendering process.
- IOSH Certification.
- Ability to work flexibly in terms of hours/weekends.

Where: You’ll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We offer flexible start times and welcome flexible working conversations. We work onsite 4 days a week and remotely 1 day a week. This role will include working some evenings and weekends.
