We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing (Destination & Retail) to direct the marketing strategy for Outlet Shopping at The O2 and the wider Entertainment District.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll use customer insight, market intelligence and commercial priorities to drive brand awareness, footfall, sales and long-term growth.

You'll lead a talented team, build strong relationships with retail and entertainment partners, and work closely with colleagues across The O2 and AEG International to deliver standout campaigns and experiences.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Shape the Strategy
  • Work with the VP - Brand & Marketing to define, plan and execute a Destination & Retail Marketing strategy.
  • Use customer insights and market trends to drive footfall, sales and growth.
  • Set targets, track performance and use results to improve future campaigns.
  • Deliver Great Marketing
  • Create and deliver campaigns that build awareness and bring people to The O2.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to develop engaging content and media plans.
  • Champion brand standards and ensure every touchpoint reflects the quality of The O2.
  • Build Strong Partnerships
  • Be the key marketing contact for retail brands, restaurants and entertainment partners.
  • Work closely with teams across The O2, including Partnerships, Commercial, Digital and CRM.
  • Share updates, results and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and Develop the Team
  • Manage and develop a team of three marketing professionals.
  • Build strong agency relationships and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Encourage fresh thinking, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role, developing and delivering successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience within a retail, destination, leisure or consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement and modern marketing principles.
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns from planning and execution through to evaluation.
  • An inspiring people leader with experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and demonstrating return on investment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can quickly identify opportunities, solve problems and make informed recommendations.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life and guide the creative process.
