We’re looking for confident, warm and professional Suite Hosts to help create unforgettable experiences for our Premium guests across our suites and exclusive lounges. If you love delivering exceptional service and enjoy the buzz of live events, this is a fantastic opportunity to shine.
As a Suite Host, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming our Premium clients at events throughout the year — mostly during evenings and weekends. Once the suites close, you’ll continue supporting Premium operations across areas including The Amex Lounge, Club 101, and The 93rd by Qatar Airways.
What You’ll Be Doing- Creating an outstanding first impression with a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality
- Supporting smooth event operations while keeping all guests safe and comfortable
- Building positive relationships with guests including Suite Holders, Founding Partners, Seat Members, Club 101 Members and guests of The 93rd by Qatar Airways
- Going the extra mile to meet — and exceed — client expectations
- Being a calm, reliable point of contact for any access issues or guest concerns
- Assisting with the safe evacuation of your area if needed
- Attending pre event briefings and sharing accurate information for post event reports
- Experience in a customer facing or hospitality role, ideally with VIP guests
- Confidence in delivering premium level, first class service
- A warm, friendly, professional approach
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
You’ll quickly become confident and fully equipped to:
- Navigate the venue and guide guests with ease
- Prepare premium areas for guest arrival
- Communicate clearly with your team and managers via radio
- Handle last minute guest requests, issues or requirements
- Respond to and resolve guest complaints professionally, escalating when needed

DetailsWhere: You’ll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX.
When: Assessment centres will be held w/c 9 February and induction will be held on 3 March. You must be able to attend both in person to be considered for this role.
This is a shift-based role working during the week and weekends. Shifts start at 5pm and normally finish around 11pm but sometimes this can be later.
You give your availability and choose the shifts you can work one month in advance. We ask that you are able to work regularly due to the nature of the role.
