Are you passionate about live events and love delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and flexible people to join our Front of House team at the legendary Eventim Apollo. Whether it's a sold-out comedy show, a live music gig, or a red-carpet event - no two shifts are ever the same, and you'll play a vital role in making sure every guest has an unforgettable time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serving drinks behind our bars
  • Welcoming guests, checking tickets and showing them to their seats
  • Assisting with the cloakroom or helping with merchandise sales

You'll be part of a dynamic team that keeps everything running smoothly from doors open to final encore.

  • Are proactive, approachable, and positive with a warm, guest-first attitude
  • Have bar experience, plus confidence in cash handling and customer service

Where: You'll be based at the venue which is at 45 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, W6 9QH and need to be available to work evenings and weekends and sometimes afternoon for matinee theatre performances. You will be sent the rota a month in advance and you select your availability.

When: We will be interviewing from 20 July and looking for people to start work with us on 20 and 25 August 2026.
