You will work alongside the SVP of Strategy & Planning, contributing to projects that influence how the business evolves and grows. What you'll be doing
- Market & performance insight
- Gather and analyse market, competitor, and industry intelligence
- Track trends and performance across business units to support decision-making
- Strategic projects & opportunities
- Evaluate new initiatives and business opportunities, sharing clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Support the assessment of potential partnerships and ventures, including M&A activity
- Planning & decision support
- Contribute to business and venue planning, ensuring alignment with overall strategy
- Provide data, analysis, and commercial insight to guide strategic decisions
What we're looking for
- Experience in strategy, planning, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial and analytical capability (e.g. DCF, IRR, commercial evaluation)
- Experience working with large datasets to generate insight
Tools & approach
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Power BI, or an interest in developing this skill
Working style
- Able to communicate complex information in a clear and structured way
