You'll succeed in this role if you bring:
- Strong understanding of rigging plots and technical show requirements.
- Experience in production or technical roles within live events, venues, theatres or festivals.
- Hands-on experience working with rigging and staging.
- Confident coordination of contractors and production teams to deliver event builds on time.
- The flexibility to work varied hours - including evenings, late nights and weekends - to support major events.

Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. You'll need to be able to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota, this includes working late nights for load outs/ins and weekends. We'll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success.
