A Web Instrumentation Analyst will be part of the London-based team at AXS, a global leader in ticketing technology. The role focuses on understanding how users interact with AXS websites and mobile apps, turning behaviour into insights that support data‑driven decision making for AXS and its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and maintain data layers across websites and mobile apps.
  • Track instrument using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Rudderstack.
  • Implement and manage tracking pixels across AXS digital properties.
  • Carry out ongoing evaluation, QA, and optimisation of tagging implementations.
  • Model and analyse data to understand user behaviour.
  • Build and maintain reporting, both internally and within enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Support marketing teams with attribution and performance reporting.
  • Work with product teams to ensure consistent data collection across platforms.
  • Partner with analytics engineering and martech teams to integrate data into downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Work with compliance teams to ensure tagging complies with local and regional legislation.
  • Support privacy‑first data collection through consent management tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with JavaScript.
  • Experience using the Adobe Analytics suite (Adobe Web SDK, Tags, etc.); Adobe Content Delivery Learning (ACDL) a plus.
  • Experience implementing and debugging marketing and analytics tags.
  • Background in e‑commerce or B2B environments developing tagging solutions.
  • Understanding of e‑commerce KPIs and user behaviour analytics.
  • Experience working with mobile app analytics across iOS and Android.
  • Familiarity with consent management platforms such as OneTrust.
  • Experience working with global tagging solutions and regional compliance requirements.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with stakeholders and clients.
  • A self‑motivated, creative problem‑solver who can prioritise multiple projects, both strategic and tactical.
