The Group Aeffe is an international company in the fashion and luxury branch, active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à -porter, footwear and leather goods, lingerie and beachwear. The Group develops, produces and distributes its collections with proprietary brands, including Alberta Ferretti, Moschino and Pollini.
For our Moschino store in London, we are looking for a Client Advisor: reporting to the Store Manager, the resource will take care of our customers providing an excellent service and ensuring clients an exclusive shopping experience. The Client Advisor will work as a Brand Ambassador, able to represent the values and the image of our Brand.
Key Requirements:
- Luxury Retail experience (minimum 3/5 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service.
- Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world.
Hours: full time. Location: 28/29 Conduit Street, London.
