We are looking for a Client Partner – Staffing & Recruitment Solutions to collaborate with us in expanding our client base within the staffing and recruitment ecosystem. This role focuses on acquiring organizations with active hiring or staffing needs through existing professional networks and industry relationships. The Client Partner will act as a relationship owner and strategic interface, while recruitment delivery and execution will be managed by our internal teams. This position is suitable for professionals with prior experience and strong connections in staffing, recruitment, or HR services, who are interested in a result-oriented, partnership-based engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition (Staffing & Recruitment Focus)
- Identify and onboard companies with ongoing or recurring staffing and recruitment requirements.
- Leverage professional networks to connect with HR leaders, founders, business heads, and decision-makers.
- Introduce clients to staffing solutions such as permanent hiring, contract staffing, bulk hiring, or RPO models.
- Act as the primary relationship contact for introduced clients.
- Understand high-level hiring needs, engagement scope, and commercial expectations.
- Coordinate requirement handover to internal recruitment and delivery teams.
- Maintain ongoing communication to support long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to business growth by enabling successful staffing engagements.
- Support repeat hiring, extended mandates, and long-term partnerships.
- Align efforts with mutually agreed revenue-sharing or commission structures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, HR consulting, or related B2B services.
