The Company

Aecor Marine Ltd operates on a global scale, providing full turnkey and service works for the marine industry. With sites in Belfast and Southampton, we carry out interior outfitting works on ferries and cruise ships. Due to an increased workload and established customer base, we are now looking for a Project Manager to expand our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of marine interior outfitting projects from initial planning through to completion. Taking ownership of multiple project elements, you will manage pricing, procurement, logistics and on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, within budget and to agreed timescales. You will work closely with customers, staff and contractors, managing expectations, monitoring progress and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with business objectives. Additionally, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide financial and progress reports to Company Directors
  • Conduct site surveys, take dimensions and prepare templates
  • Travel to project sites in Southampton and internationally as required

About You

To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction and/or engineering OR at least five years' project management experience within the marine or construction industry
  • Strong planning, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills
  • The ability to travel internationally
