What You'll Do Here:
- Schedule work crews and assist with site inspections and locates
- Manage inventory, procure specialty materials/tools, and maintain small tool certifications
- Track heavy equipment status, monitor idling/utilization reports, and correct misallocations
- Maintain worker training matrix and oversee yard facility maintenance
- Assist with vendor pricing agreements and subcontractor safety documentation
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards
- Review Quality Assurance non-conformances and follow up with training
- Organize yard materials/equipment and process incoming shipments
- Analyze operational data and generate reports for customers
- Deliver rush materials/tools to crews and perform other duties as required
What You Bring to the Team:
- Recent graduate in Civil/Construction Technology
- 1-3 years of experience related to similar field
- Utility construction experience is an asset
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Project
- Strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and adaptable
- Team-oriented with a valid driver’s license

Pay Range: $58,000 - $70,000. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
