In the Caribbean region, we are leveraging our expertise and collaborative approach to deliver world‑class infrastructure projects tailored to meet the unique needs of the island communities.
We are looking for a General Labourer to support and assist the team in building construction, especially with set up, clean up and ensuring a safe working environment.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Entry level position, we are willing to train the right candidate - must be able to follow instructions, have a strong work ethic, reliable, and self‑motivated.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co‑workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Prepare and clean up construction sites.
- Move materials and equipment and perform demolition, excavation and compaction activities.
- Handle and distribute construction materials (e.g. load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials; move tools, equipment and construction materials to and from work areas; remove rubble and other debris).
- Spot for equipment operators when required.
- General site maintenance.
