You’ll work in a collaborative, high-performing environment that prioritises wellbeing, flexibility, and professional growth. Our team supports a broad range of sectors — including industrial, energy, pharmaceutical, land development, ports, road, and rail — delivering services such as:
- Desk studies
- Site investigation
- Risk assessment
- Remediation strategy, design, implementation, and validation
- Environmental monitoring and close-out

Here’s what you will do:
- Deliver Phase 1 environmental assessments, ground investigations, and routine monitoring tasks;
- Work independently to ensure technical quality, budget control, and programme adherence;
- Support the preparation of fee proposals for internal and external clients;
- Manage projects from desk study and feasibility, through to delivery of site investigations and data interpretation, to remediation design and delivery.

Qualifications: Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Education: Ideally, a minimum of an undergraduate degree in an environmental, science, or engineering-based subject.
- Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- A good understanding of contaminated land assessment regulations and guidance.
- Working knowledge of CDM regulations and site management.
- Development of conceptual site models.
- Qualitative risk assessment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise technical reports and documents.
- Field Experience: Hands-on experience with field investigation, including:
- Site management.
- Drilling supervision.
- Collection of groundwater and ground gas samples.
- Supervision of remediation activities.
- Other Requirements:
- Full driving licence.
- Willing to travel within the UK and work away from home for periods of time.
- CSCS card holder.
