GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical clinic setting. Communicates with Medical Practitioners/Coworkers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition, including diagnostic studies and symptomology. Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, can perform general nursing duties with adequate supervision.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Successful completion of an accredited practical nurse program

- Maintains professional licensure of a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Kentucky
- Maintains CPR certification
