Start here. Grow here. Are you a Senior Project Manager looking to work on building projects that can change the world, projects that are always more complex and innovative than the last? If so, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in either Southampton or Basingstoke. We are a friendly, busy and motivated team with an established track record of successfully delivering projects across the region, whilst also supporting AECOM projects nationally. As a team, we are focused on supporting each other to ensure everyone has the opportunity to maximise their potential.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Manages one or more very complex projects, involving a combination of the following: Clients with a national geographic footprint; or Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; or, other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
- Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
- Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
- Manages other Project Managers.
As the successful applicant you will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:- Pre and post contract design/project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- JCT &/or NEC Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive).
- Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic).
- Robust Stakeholder Management process.
- Professional Qualification – ideally Project Management/Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
- Master’s Degree.
- Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution.
- APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation).
- Prince 2 or MSP experience is desirable but not essential.
