b Overview /b p In this role you will lead and deliver water resources projects across Ontario, balancing technical excellence with client engagement and business development. You’ll work within the Water Resources team to address stormwater, hydrologic modelling, flood mitigation, stream rehabilitation, and green infrastructure. You’ll mentor junior staff and help grow AECOM’s Ontario practice while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. This is a chance to shape impactful projects for municipalities and transportation clients and advance in a global infrastructure firm. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li medical, dental, vision, life, AD D, disability benefits /li li paid time off and leaves of absence /li li voluntary benefits and flexible work options /li li well-being resources and employee assistance program /li li business travel insurance /li li retirement savings plan and employee stock purchase plan /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead planning, execution and delivery of water resources projects from concept to construction support /li li Provide technical leadership for stormwater, drainage, hydrologic/hydraulic modelling, flood mitigation and green infrastructure /li li Review analyses, calculations, reports, specifications, tender documents, and cost estimates /li li Apply sustainable approaches balancing infrastructure needs with environmental protection and regulatory requirements /li li Support municipal, transportation, transit, and watershed management projects in Ontario /li li Build and maintain relationships with municipal, transportation, conservation authorities, and private-sector clients /li li Assist in business development including proposals, scope development, and fee estimation /li li Manage multidisciplinary project teams; oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk /li li Lead client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement /li li Mentor junior staff and foster knowledge sharing across the team /li li Collaborate with Group Manager and other specialists to deliver high-quality projects /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering or related discipline /li li P.Eng. (Registered Professional Engineer) in Canada /li li Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in water resources engineering /li li Experience managing water resources projects including scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination /li /ul ul li Strong communication and presentation skills /li li Excellent organizational and time-management abilities /li li Mentorship and team collaboration /li li HEC-RAS /li li PCSWMM/EPA SWMM /li li Visual OTTHYMO /li /ul
