AECOM is seeking a Senior Bid Manager in the Water line to oversee end-to-end work winning for complex bids (£5m–£20m+). Reporting to the Work Winning Lead for Water, you will deliver high-quality proposals, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with AECOM’s processes.
You’ll lead bid stages from capture to interviews, drive best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across UK & Ireland Water projects.
