Job Title
Senior Procurement Consultant (Hybrid – Europe & India)

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‐quality procurement advice and support to AECOM\’s infrastructure clients on flagship projects.

Lead or support sector‐leading projects and programmes as the strategic procurement subject‐matter expert.

Contribute to shaping our service offering and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality outcomes with high‐value, multi‐discipline solutions.

Manage the competitive procurement process: market engagement, supplier shortlisting, tender development, evaluation and negotiation.

Provide commercial advice on category and performance management.

Support proposal documentation and work‐winning activity.

Assist in the development of AECOM\’s overall strategic procurement service offering.

Qualifications

7+ years of post‐qualification experience leading procurement of complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Proven management of the procurement lifecycle from sourcing to contract management and supplier engagement.

Project or programme management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Knowledge of standard form contracts, including NEC, and procurement under the Public Contract Regulations or equivalent.

Strong communication and people skills; ability to influence, challenge and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

Experience in category management and contract management, including advising on service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Passion for individual, team and client success.
