b Overview /b p In this Senior Environmental Consultant role, you will coordinate environmental inputs for EIA screening, scoping, and Environmental Statements, supporting a broad range of infrastructure projects. You’ll work within a large UK Ireland EIA team to shape environmental outcomes across project lifecycles and consenting regimes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly engage clients to drive high-quality, sustainable solutions. This role offers exposure to major energy, transport, and regeneration schemes, driven by AECOM’s net-zero and ESG commitments. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid working options /li li flexible working arrangements /li li well-being programs /li li competitive compensation /li li inclusion and diversity commitments /li li Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Coordinate environmental inputs for EIA screening, scoping reports, and Environmental Statements /li li Review specialist chapters and support documentation across project lifecycles /li li Engage with clients and internal supply teams to align on environmental outcomes /li li Coordinate resources and budgets to support project delivery /li li Identify environmental constraints and develop mitigation and enhancement opportunities /li li Promote and support business development and fee/technical proposal development /li li Collaborate within integrated design teams to improve environmental performance /li li Navigate multiple consenting regimes (DCO, TCPA, TWA, hybrid bills) /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree in a relevant environmental discipline (Master preferred) /li li EIA consultancy experience including coordinating environmental reports and reviewing specialist chapters /li li Understanding of relevant consenting regimes /li li Ability to coordinate inputs from specialist technical teams /li li Developing project management skills including programming and budgeting /li li Commitment to innovation and ongoing professional development /li li Experience with DCO and/or TWAO regimes beneficial but not essential /li li Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholder groups /li /ul ul li collaborative /li li detail-oriented /li li stakeholder engagement /li li EIA process /li li environmental reporting /li li technical review of specialist chapters /li /ul
