This role serves as the Regional Marketing Leader for Baby & Dymo categories, including Nuk, Tigex, Baby Jogger, Graco, and Dymo. Reporting to the Regional Marketing VP of EMEA & APAC, the role involves designing and executing regional brand and category plans, collaborating cross-functionally with global teams, and ensuring growth ambitions are met through strategic initiatives. The director will lead the development and deployment of regional brand/toolkits, aligning strategies such as innovation, activation, channel, pricing, and promotional guidelines to achieve category growth and regional market share targets. Key performance indicators include 3-year growth plans, annual P&L delivery, and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate global brand strategies into regional plans, leveraging market insights and consumer data.
- Develop regional category growth strategies aligned with brand plans and shopper trends.
- Lead adaptation of brand assets and conduct brand audits.
- Provide feedback to global teams on innovation and NPD opportunities.
- Define regional innovation strategies, track implementation, and ensure product sufficiency.
- Develop and publish regional pricing and promotion guidelines within global frameworks.
- Translate global category strategies into regional plans using analytics and market insights.
- Lead regional A&P priorities and execution guidelines.
- Guide distribution strategies and channel assortment guidelines by brand/category.
- Build and lead a high-performing, engaged team aligned with Newell’s values.
