You drive capture strategy, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and engage senior leaders to win enterprise-critical contracts. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on bid leadership, risk management, and coaching to improve win rates and processes. You’ll shape major infrastructure delivery while growing within a high-performing, collaborative environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid work options /li li comprehensive compensation and well-being programs /li li diversity, equity and inclusion /li li equal opportunity employer /li li disability accommodations /li li global, flexible environment /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Strategic capture and positioning: develop capture plans and win strategies with client account teams /li li Bid leadership and delivery: manage end-to-end bid delivery and mobilise cross-functional resources /li li Team facilitation and coaching: lead bid workshops, coach win strategy and bid writing /li li Quality and commercial bid management: develop answer plans, conduct quality reviews, run pricing workshops /li li Bid infrastructure and communication: set up bid platforms, trackers, and maintain progress updates /li li Identify and address risks to winning in collaboration with the capture manager /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5 years of direct experience in pursuit capture and bid management of high-value contracts (35M+) /li li excellent planning, bid management and organisational skills /li li effective communication with emotional intelligence and ability to engage at all levels /li li proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines /li li comfortable engaging with senior leadership and customers /li li proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AI tools /li li degree-level education or equivalent /li li strong collaboration and adaptability /li /ul ul li emotional intelligence /li li leadership /li li collaboration /li li Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /li li bid management /li li risk management /li /ul
