How you’ll make a difference
You will contribute to the design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on:
- Land development and site civil works
- Bulk earthworks and site grading
- Road and pavement layouts
- Stormwater, sewer, water and other utility infrastructure
- Design documentation, drawings and digital models
- Coordination of civil designs with other disciplines and existing services
- Supporting quantity take-offs, design reviews and construction-phase queries
Qualifications
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
The qualities that help you thrive:
- Approximately 5 to 15 years of relevant civil design and drafting experience
- Strong proficiency in 12d Model and AutoCAD
- Experience preparing civil design models, drawings and documentation packages
- Demonstrated experience in land development, bulk earthworks and utilities design
- A sound understanding of civil construction practices and drawing standards
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, coordinated documentation
- An Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, a Civil Engineering Design qualification, or an equivalent technical qualification is desirable.
- Experience using MicroStation will be highly regarded.
