As a Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver water sector projects from feasibility through to design, construction support and commissioning.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects in line with client and AECOM requirements
  • Coordinate project scope, schedule, resources and risks
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams
  • Support and develop team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Manage project commercial performance, including forecasting, costs and cash flow
  • Ensure effective contract administration and quality delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers where required
  • Support business development through proposals, client engagement and future opportunities
  • Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture

About You

  • Experience managing projects within consultancy, engineering or infrastructure environments
  • Water sector experience desirable
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly PSC
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary and multi-organisation teams
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively
  • Proficient in project management and digital collaboration tools
  • Experience supporting bids, proposals or business development activities

Qualifications

  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' project delivery experience
