We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Account Director to lead and grow key client relationships including Heathrow Airport. This key appointment will take ownership in driving revenue performance across key clients whilst ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and project execution. You will act as the primary point of contact for Heathrow and other key clients, responsible for building trust, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
Collaborating with AECOM members across all Business Lines and Operating geographies, they will lead and manage our activities across Heathrow and other key aviation accounts, establishing strategies and driving growth. As the Client Account Director, you will have a client-centric approach where your focus will be understanding client needs and working across our company to offer solutions that deliver value and support our aim of building a better world. This role includes supporting and embedding client account initiatives, processes and systems across the client program.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Responsible for maintaining the Client Account Plan, setting out the relationship management, client growth and client management strategy.
- Develop client contacts and networks within the client's business and meet client contacts regularly.
- Develop a strong network across the AECOM business in order to understand our capabilities and experience across the aviation capital lifecycle.
- Build an extensive network across our Regional Business Lines and with key members of Global aviation business line.
- Business Development & Commercial Management:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the project opportunities within the client organisation.
- Actively monitor and report the client pipeline, developing a strong understanding of revenues from projects being delivered, in pursuit, and to be pursued.
- Lead the capture of significant new business opportunities and the renewal/extension of existing large-scale agreements within the account.
- Support Capture Managers to win and Project Managers to deliver the large programs of work at Heathrow.
- Mentor other team members in building strong relationships across the organisation.
- Identify evolving resourcing needs for client portfolio and escalate within the aviation practice.

- Continual focus on raising AECOM's profile and brand at Heathrow and across the aviation industry through innovation and thought leadership.

- Monitor and executive oversight of client projects to ensure high quality delivery, technical excellence and consistent client service experience.
