We are searching for Ground Engineering professionals to join our teams here at AECOM! We are seeking dynamic Geotechnical Engineers/Geologists of all levels, to bring their technical expertise and an innovative mindset to our teams across the UK.

- Our Ground Engineering Practice covers all aspects of Ground Engineering serving a wide range of end markets including: Energy, Rail, Highways, Water, Development, Defence, Nuclear Sectors, Ports & Marine.
Successful candidates must have a proven track record in the delivery of ground engineering projects in the UK and be fully conversant with the technical standards that apply. We develop projects from concept through to operation, providing engineering and construction services for large-scale projects for major rail and transit agencies. Our specialists provide analytical and strategic expertise for every stage of a project.

Qualifications
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Degree (BSc or MSc) in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field.
- Progress towards Chartered status would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
- Demonstrable understanding of current design codes, standards, and best practices in geotechnical design.
- Proven leadership experience in similar roles, appropriate to your level, with an ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
- Clean driving licence.
