Overview

As a Water Resources professional at AECOM, you contribute to major water projects across Australia and New Zealand within a global network. You’ll work on flood resilience, water security, and other critical infrastructure initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role offers exposure to technical delivery, leadership, modelling, planning or design across diverse projects. Responsibilities

  • Deliver water sector projects across Australia and New Zealand from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, construction, advisory and operations
  • Contribute to flood engineering, hydraulic and surface water modelling, and coastal/marine engineering efforts
  • Provide technical leadership, project management, and design management on complex projects
  • Support development of plans, models, and designs for water resources infrastructure
  • Engage with clients to shape project scopes and ensure delivery within schedule and budget

Key requirements

  • Experience in Water Resources delivery, modelling, planning or design
  • Ability to work across multiple locations in Australia and New Zealand
  • Willingness to contribute to technical leadership and project delivery
