Responsibilities
- Develop regional internal communications strategies aligned with global priorities to support growth and cultural evolution
- Advise senior leadership, translating objectives into clear, actionable plans
- Ensure consistent messaging across regions and channels and measure effectiveness using data-driven insights
- Oversee digital content across intranet, video, email, and internal social platforms, driving innovation in tools and formats
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, and functions to shape messaging and provide counsel on change communications and leadership visibility
- Lead development of high-quality content including executive communications, campaigns, and change narratives with editorial standards
- Manage internal communications for major change initiatives (transformation, integration, restructuring) and develop crisis communication plans
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and connect external insights to internal messaging
- Foster cross-region collaboration to provide a unified employee experience
