AECOM is actively seeking a Vertical Transportation Engineer to join our expanding Vertical Transportation team. The role will involve design, develop, and review drawings and submittals on modernisation, new installation and maintenance on a full range of Vertical Transportation consultancy services (elevators, escalators, and moving walkways). Undertaking lift traffic analysis, ideally utilising ElevateProducing reports, including conceptual design, scheme design and preparation of reports at key RIBA design stages of projectsOverseeing production of drawings and specifications for vertical transportation projectsProvide VT engineering expertise on single and multi-disciplinary projects & coordination with engineers of other disciplines. Inspecting installations and witness testing on siteSupporting the wider activities of the Vertical Transportation teamUndertake site surveys and produce resultant reports. Understand and implement the company's Safety, Health, and Environment Policy. Ideally NVQ4, HNC or equivalent, Lift or appropriate engineering qualification.
