  • Defining and delivering integrated multi‑channel marketing plans (events, thought leadership, digital marketing collateral, media relations).
  • Translate complex technical capability into compelling, credible narratives for Aviation audiences.
  • Manage and measures activities that deliver enhanced client engagement and experience.
  • Define success measures and KPIs, evaluate performance using insight and analytics, and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management and Influence

  • Influence across a complex matrix without direct authority.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • Represent Aviation marketing strategy in senior leadership forums.

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Support the Head of Strategic Marketing in managing marketing operations, including budget tracking, reporting, performance analysis and governance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize based on insights.
  • Contribute to monthly marketing dashboards and ROI reporting for senior leadership.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing processes and approval workflows.
