Overview
As a Senior Rail Civil Engineer at AECOM, you will lead civil design work across rail projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver feasibility through detailed design. You’ll guide technical delivery for stations, depots, and power upgrades while supporting other business areas on large projects. You will help ensure project quality and resolve complex technical challenges in transport schemes. Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of civils designs from stations to train depots and power upgrades
- Collaborate with the Civils design team on multidisciplinary projects from concept to implementation
- Ensure quality and proactively resolve problems within transportation projects
Key requirements
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (CEng/IEng) or working towards this status
- Recognised engineering qualification or degree in engineering (preferable)
- Knowledge of Civils Design with experience in technical leadership and managing project interfaces
