Overview
In this role, you help manage project finances and schedules for large infrastructure programs at AECOM. You’ll analyze cost data, forecast budgets, monitor earned value, and support baseline development alongside the project team. You collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with funding. This position offers exposure to multi-disciplinary projects and a path to leadership in project controls.

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify key project issues
- Prepare revised cost forecasts and progress/cost impact analyses
- Monitor earned value and cost trends; conduct variance analysis
- Assist in reviewing contractor invoices and tracking subcontractor expenditures
- Maintain cost/schedule baselines and baseline change control
- Develop and maintain WBS, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
- Produce progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Participate in project cost reviews and performance measurement
- Support procedure development and implementation
- Ensure alignment of subcontractor funding with work authorization and expenditures
