Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee major pursuits across the region, including complex opportunities
- Serve as pursuit lead or senior bid director on priority opportunities and own overall delivery
- Governance, delivery planning, and resource coordination during bids
- Lead pursuit planning, reviews, and executive engagement throughout the lifecycle
- Develop client-focused strategies and differentiated win themes
- Build and lead integrated pursuit teams across disciplines and geographies
- Manage portfolio of strategic opportunities and allocate bid resources
- Develop high-performing teams and promote best practices in pursuit management
- Drive innovation and AI-enabled approaches to improve quality, efficiency and win rates
- Support recruitment and capability development within the work winning function
- Key requirements
- Proven track record of leading and winning large, complex pursuits and major programmes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through demanding bid environments
- Strong programme and project leadership with multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Experience developing pursuit strategies, executive engagement, and high-quality proposal development
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building high-performing work winning cultures and developing talent
- Commercial awareness and ability to influence investment decisions and resource allocation
- Understanding of infrastructure, transportation, buildings, water, energy, environment, defence or professional services markets
