As a Senior Business Analyst, you will report directly to the Digital Solutions Lead. You will be responsible for translating client and stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and actionable insights, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value. You will partner closely with digital and engineering teams across our regional and global organisation to analyse information, define opportunities, and communicate findings through structured narratives that answer key business questions and drive informed decision-making.

This role requires a data-informed, outcomes-focused mindset, strong analytical judgement, and the ability to identify value in complex or underutilised data and processes that others may overlook.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive requirement gathering for digital products, maintaining alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
  • Contribute to solution design by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Lead testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
  • Help ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and provide real value.
  • Define and refine user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability and optimal user experience.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending potential applications to enhance business operations.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Lead business analysis workstreams on complex digital projects, managing stakeholder expectations, scope, and competing priorities to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Support delivery of complex digital initiatives by coordinating requirements, dependencies, and decision-making across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders on objectives, requirements, and success measures for complex digital products and change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital or technology-focused projects.
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience writing user stories, requirements, and process flows.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in facilitating discussions and asking the right questions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and subject matters.
