If so, we are looking for experienced Associate Project Surveyors to join our team in London to work on projects where you will provide a comprehensive, accurate and value driven service for large, high profile and exciting key Clients in the Commercial, Residential, Life Science, Corporate End User and Social Infrastructure Teams.

About Our Team: Our London Cost Management team is part of one of the largest multi-disciplinary practices in the UK. We have over 120 professionals from Trainees to Directors. We work on award winning and industry leading projects, have a diverse team, with a high performing culture, a Training and Career Development Plans for all including supportive and nurturing line managers. You will be joining a team of like-minded experts that have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting edge solutions. As a Senior Project Surveyor, you will work as part of the team to help deliver all aspects of quantity surveying from inception of a project through to completion. You will work on a number of projects, varying in complexity, ranging in value from £5m – £500m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
- The successful candidate shall be charged with the delivery of Cost Management Services within our Client focused and highly motivated professional team.
- Lead and Deliver: Drive project delivery on our cost management commissions to meet time, budget, and quality requirements, while fostering collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
- Client-Centric Excellence: Strengthen client relationships by delivering an exceptional service, aligning project outcomes with client objectives and contributing to the business’ growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and support junior members of our team in their career development, contribute to talent development initiatives and champion a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Industry Engagement and Growth: Support bids and business development activities, engage with industry forums and networking events, and take ownership of your professional growth and knowledge-sharing within the organisation.

Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience and technical knowledge in cost management within the built environment or construction industry.
- Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
- Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB) achieved or commitment to achieve one.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and good client relationship management.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality consulting services, and comfortable in the role of consultant.
- Be proactive, solution-oriented and adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Ability to support the development of colleagues, particularly towards professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
